This form informs you, before you buy on classbuff.com, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. On the checkout page, a version filled in with your selected pack, child and amount is shown and your approval is requested.

2. Buyer
The buyer is the person who signs in to classbuff.com with a parent account and makes the purchase. The buyer's name, email address and billing details are entered by the buyer on the checkout page and shown in the order summary.
3. Main characteristics of the product
The product is a right of access to game-based digital learning content on the Classbuff platform (the "Pack"). The Pack is not a physical product and is not shipped.
- Fractions pack: gives access, with no time limit, to all levels of Curious Steps including the paid ones, the full learning-outcome report and parent access by QR code.
- A Pack is for one child profile and is assigned to the child selected at checkout. A separate Pack is needed for each child.
- The Pack works with the same child profile in a web browser, on tablets and on phones.
- The Pack covers the content described at the time of purchase; new topics and games added later are not included.
The levels included in the Pack are also shown on the checkout page.
4. Price and payment
The sale price of the Pack, including all taxes (VAT), is shown on the checkout page and on the Pricing page. If the child is enrolled in the class of a teacher who uses Classbuff, the class discount is applied automatically and the discounted amount is shown before payment. No shipping, installation or other fee is charged beyond the total shown.
Payment is taken in a single transaction by debit or credit card through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a licensed payment institution. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. Where instalment options exist they are shown on the checkout page; any interest charged by the bank for instalments is borne by the buyer.
5. Delivery (performance)
As soon as payment is approved, the Pack is assigned electronically to the selected child profile and becomes available. The buyer is also informed by email. If assignment is delayed by a technical problem it is completed within 24 hours at the latest; the statutory performance period can never exceed 30 days. If the Pack cannot be assigned within that period, the full amount paid is refunded.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Pack is a service performed instantly by electronic means and an intangible good delivered instantly to the consumer. Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such contracts once performance has started with the buyer's consent.
On the checkout page the buyer separately confirms that they want the Pack to be made available as soon as payment is approved and that they therefore lose the right of withdrawal. Cases where the content cannot be accessed for technical reasons and other refund cases are described on the Delivery and Refund Terms page.
7. Complaints and disputes
Requests and complaints can be sent to classbuff@gmail.com or through the contact channels above. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.
8. Storage of the contract
This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to the buyer's email address when the order is completed and are kept by the Seller for the statutory period. The buyer can see their packs and payments on the My Packs page of their account.
