Frequently asked questions
Will I pay again when new topics are added?
The Fractions pack stays yours. Other maths topics will be offered by subscription in the future; the subscription is optional.
Can siblings share the same pack?
Each Fractions pack is for 1 child; siblings each need their own pack. A free parent account, however, can hold as many children as you like, and you can see all their free levels and reports.
Should I buy on the website or in the app store?
Both unlock the same pack. If you buy on the website, you log in with your Classbuff account on every device; if you buy in the app store, you use it in the app and link it to your account with the QR code.
My child's teacher assigned a paid level as homework. What should I do?
Your child can play the first part of the level for free. You can buy the Fractions pack for the full level, but you don't have to.
How does the class discount work?
When a teacher sets up a class, an information letter with a parent code is prepared for each student. When a parent links their child to their account with this code, the Fractions pack is shown at a [X]% discount. Payment goes directly from the parent to Classbuff; the teacher is never involved in payments or collecting money.
Can I get a refund?
Because the pack is digital content delivered immediately after payment, it is not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. If you have a technical problem, please contact us. For app store purchases, the store's refund rules apply.
