Commercial Electronic Messages Information Notice
As Pixbuff Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (the "Company"), we would like to inform you, under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, about the personal data we process for sending commercial electronic messages.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Pixbuff Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., located at İhsan Doğramacı Bulvarı, Üniversiteler Mahallesi, ODTÜ Teknokent ETKİM Binası, No:31, 06800 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye and registered with the [TRADE REGISTRY OFFICE] Trade Registry under number [REGISTRY NO].
2. Data processed and purposes
If you give explicit consent, your full name, email address and phone number are processed to announce new games and content on Classbuff, inform you about campaigns, discounts and promotions, carry out surveys and satisfaction studies, and send you commercial electronic messages for these purposes by SMS, email or phone.
No data about your child is processed for this purpose. Classbuff does not send commercial messages to students or student profiles.
3. Transfers
Your data is shared only for the purposes above and with the intermediary service providers we use to send messages ([SMS / EMAIL PROVIDER]). As required by law, your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS).
4. Collection method and legal ground
Your data is collected electronically through the registration and account settings forms on classbuff.com and the Classbuff applications. The legal ground for sending commercial messages is your explicit consent. Consent records are kept to fulfil our legal obligation and are retained for 3 years from the end of the consent.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK using the methods described in the Privacy and KVKK Notice. You can send your requests from your registered email address to classbuff@gmail.com or to our KEP address pixbuffbilisim@hs01.kep.tr; requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
You can stop receiving commercial messages at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: withdraw your consent in your account settings, use the opt-out link in the messages, or change your preference through İYS (iys.org.tr).

Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, I consent to receiving announcements of new games and content, campaigns, discounts and promotions, surveys and satisfaction studies, and promotional information about Classbuff products and services offered by Pixbuff Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., by text message (SMS), email, phone call and similar electronic communication channels; and to my full name, email address and phone number being processed for this purpose by the Company and the intermediary service providers used to send messages.
I understand that this consent will be recorded in the Message Management System (İYS), and that I can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge.
